Joel Bartko, owner of Arizona Import Specialists and Bill’s Bimmers, launched Arizona Import Specialists in 1980 in Tempe, AZ. Years later, Joel wanted to expand, so he purchased Bill’s Bimmers in Tempe and merged both companies together.
